Sometime soon I'll put a few brief comments here on Linebarger's two published mainstream novels, Ria and Carola, plus his published spy novel, Atomsk. I'll also say a bit about his unpublished novels, including Journey in Search of a Destination and Sarmatia.
I'll discuss all of these at greater length in my biography-in-progress
of Linebarger. Meanwhile (and in addition), see Karen Hellekson's book,

2001), especially Chapter 2, for the most extensive discussion in print
of his published and unpublished non-sf fiction.
