- 2 cups sugar
- ½ cup water
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 pint marshmallow cream
- ½ cup pecans or black walnuts
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Boil sugar, water & salt until it forms a hard ball in cold water.
- Place cream in a mixing bowl and stir in hot syrup from step 1.
- Continue stirring until slightly stiff (holds a peak). Fold in nuts & vanilla.
- Drop from spoon onto wax paper.
